Alex started playing the drums at the age of 4 and by 16 he was a studio musician in his native country of Peru. Alex first came to the US at the age of 18 with Latin bandleader, Perez Prado, and his mark on music began there. Alex played drums and percussion for the world-renowned group Weather Report.

Timothy Adams, Jr. was named Chair of the Percussion Department at the University of Georgia in the fall of 2010. Before joining the faculty, Tim Adams was the Principal Timpanist with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra from 1995 to 2009.

Franck Aghulon became a leading drummer last year when it comes to the European Jazz scene.

Mr. Ahn has earned the respect of musicians as well as drummers  from teaching for over 15 years at the major music schools in Korea.  He learned to drum at the age of five from his father who played the drums for the House Band of the U.S. Army in Korea.

Charly Alberti is an Argentine musician, better known as the drummer of the rock band Soda Stereo.

Keith A. Aleo has been Zildjian's Director of Education and Orchestral Activities since October of 2003. He is a member of the percussion faculty at the Boston Conservatory of Music and the Interlochen Arts Camp in Interlochen, Michigan.
