Known for his innovative playing and use of special effects cymbals, Tim was a member of the hugely influential and groundbreaking group Primus from 1989 until 1996. Tim recorded some of Primus most critically acclaimed music and dare we say, commercially successful.
In 1996 Tim left Primus to devote his creative energies to Laundry, as drummer and lead vocalist. Tim was also involved in a number of musically rewarding projects including A Perfect Circle's first record and Attention Deficit. Always looking for new challenges, Tim joined the Las Vegas production of Blue Man Group and later in Chicago.
In 2003 Tim rejoined his old band mates Les Claypool and Larry LaLonde for a new Primus record and toured throughout 2003 and 2004.
Check out Tim's instructional DVD, which features performances from Primus and Laundry.
