Richard Graber is a native of Pembroke Pines, Florida. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Eastman School of Music, where he studied with John Beck Sr. Mr. Graber received his Masters of Music Degree from the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied with Christopher S. Lamb.
Richard has performed with the Rochester Philharmonic, the Naples Philharmonic, the Florida Orchestra, the Mansfield Symphony, the Florida Philharmonic and the Palm Beach Opera.
His Festival performances include the George Solti Project, which produced a recording for London/Decca. Other festival performances include the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, the National Repertory Orchestra as well the Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina.
Mr. Graber was previously a member of the Louisiana Philharmonic and prior to that, a member of the New World Symphony. He is currently Assistant Principal Percussionist with the Nashville Symphony and is an endorser for Zildjian Cymbals. His wife Debi Loach is also a percussionist and has performed with the Nashville Symphony, the Louisiana Philharmonic and many other orchestras.
