A graduate from The Academy Of Contemporary Music, Guildford, UK, Ben landed his first major gig performing in the Sony Walkman Advert 'Pieces' in October 2007.

Within the year, another TV appearance came on The X Factor, performing with Girls Aloud and also playing in the music video for their number one single "The Promise."

The Ladyhawke gig soon followed involving a UK Headline tour and playing all the major festivals. Ladyhawke, aka Pip Brown, whose debut album has gone gold in the UK, Australia and New Zealand recently swept the board at the New Zealand Music Awards 2009 by taking home six Awards including Album of the Year.
