Aiden Marceron is the drummer and, at 11 years old, the youngest member of Bad Seed Rising, a rock band of 11-to-15-year-old kids from Maryland. When he was just 10, Aiden headed into the studio with Bad Seed Rising to record their EP “606” at the Foo Fighter’s Studio 606 in Los Angeles. Following the 2012 release of “606,” Bad Seed Rising was signed to Roadrunner/Atlantic and they are once again in the studio working on their debut LP, due out in 2014.
Aiden has been playing in bands and performing for live audiences since he was seven years old and has opened for national acts and rock festivals around the country. This summer, at a time when most kids his age are at summer camp, Aiden has been touring extensively with Bad Seed Rising, including an East Coast tour with Daughtry, 3 Doors Down, and Halestorm. When the summer ends, Aiden and Bad Seed Rising have a full schedule of dates through 2013.
A drummer since the age of four, Aiden has been playing Zildjian cymbals since the first day he picked up his sticks. His current kit consists of Zildjian K Custom Hybrid Series cymbals.
