Chi Gongwei was born in 1979 in Heilongjiang province. He has participated and set up more than 10 bands, such as Miserable Faith band, Yaksha band, Canned Liquid Oxygen band and Broken band. Till now, his bands have issued several albums, and performanced around China many times, full of performance experience and teaching experience. He was the first underground rock star that performed in CCTV and various local TV programs, receiving high praises.
