Over 200 people attended the Rockwall-Heath Percussion Ensemble clinic and concert featuring Zildjian Artist Steve Smith. Steve's clinic covered the history of the drumset and examples from his Hudson Music DVDs "Drum Legacy," "Standing on the Shoulders of Giants," "The Art of Playing with Brushes," and "Drumset Technique/History of the U.S. Beat." Steve also vibrantly covered the topic of Polyrhythms, Independence, and the Rhythms of India as applied to the Drumset along with Marketing Yourself, Playing with Artists, and Time-Keeping.
