Anthony J. Cirone presented a free master class/clinic for the Long Island Percussion Workshop. The event was hosted by Hofstra University and sponsored by Zildjian, Yamaha, and Remo Inc. Cirone gave a presentation and demonstration on the topic "Musical Interpretation in Percussion Performance" and worked with selected students. Those in attendance included university and high school students from multiple institutions as well as local school Band Directors and educators.
