Gerardo Salazar, Principal Timpanist for Chile Symphony Orchestra, presented two masterclasses at the 2nd International Percussion Festival in Cordoba - Argentina.
Salazar spoke about history, techniques and literature along with focusing on Orchestral Cymbals and Timpani. He also spoke about sound production and sound quality as well as different stroke and different crashes.
