The events opened on Friday night with a solo snare drum competition judged by a diverse group of percussionists including Zildjian Artists She-e Wu, Joe Tompkins, Jonathan Haas and Keith Aleo. Saturday's events featured an afternoon clinic by She-e Wu and a concert that night with the NY University percussion ensemble conducted by Jonathan Haas. Sunday's events opened with a cymbal clinic by Boston Symphony Percussionist Frank Epstein and the afternoon session featured Tommy Igoe. The day concluded with a Panel Discussion and Concert of Iannis Xenakis' works moderated by Jan Williams.
