The University of South Carolina Percussion Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Scott Herring presented a concert on March 28, 2011 with guest artist Mark Ford.
Ford, Percussion Coordinator at the University of North Texas, worked with USC percussionists in rehearsals and a clinic during his three day residency in Columbia. The concert was a huge success for a packed audience.
Ford's visit was sponsored by Dynasty, Innovative Percussion, Zildjian, Evans, Latin Percussion, and the USC Percussion Club.
