With these HiHats, Zildjian has captured the sound I had created in my mind that a HiHat should sound like. Basically, I have bought my last set of HiHats, ...unless I decide to build a jazz kit one of these days and purchase a second set of A Customs. The purchase price may seem like a lot at first, but when you consider the quality of Zildjian products and spread that out over the number of years they will last you, they could be considered a bargain!

These are the PERFECT hats! I bought these to play rock and found out they are SO good and all around versatile that are good for jazz! But yet still warm and Bright! 370$ is a little pricey.... but so long as they continue to last me they will be worth it.

perfect mid range sounding and also very durable: bought these at least 15 years ago, and still in great condition. Would never trade them for anything else.
