For those in the United States, upon filling out this form, a Zildjian Customer Service Representative will respond to your R/A Request. Once approved, we will require you to return your damaged cymbal to Zildjian with a copy of your purchase receipt. The Return Authorization Number provided to you by Customer Service should be printed on your purchase receipt copy and on the outside of the package. For further questions, please contact Zildjian.
