Listening to the music, the life presented me through the legends of Brazilian music and jazz. Love and passion in my life: Lara and my kids! Playing with my friends, somebody I really admire. The PERFECT sound of my instrument. My UNIQUE CYMBAL set of colors and my drums. That will really inspire me and it will make me happy.
LOVE somebody, play with PASSION, catch the ENERGY from audiences and trade it… LISTEN to the players… Pursuit your SOUND. CLOSE YOUR EYES and play it in the music. Add FEELING, EMPATHY, EGOLESSNESS… LEARN how to balance all of this… Then you will reach the state of art. Remember: Play as if it was the last time in your life.
I love to match Keropes with Avedis and K Lights. But having some EFXs from crystal sounds (mini cups) to trashes (K EFX, Special Dry and Trashformers) are amazing!! Why Keropes? Timeless. Why Avedis? Legacy.
