I have dedicated my life to percussion and have spent more than 30 years working with world class drum corps and marching bands. I started drumming when I was 11 years old and never let anything get in the way of practicing or performing. I was lucky enough to study with influential teachers and have great mentors throughout my college years at the University of Massachusetts and Indiana University. Since 1995, I have served as an assistant band director at the University of Delaware.

The marching arts is a fast-developing art form. I am constantly inspired by the work ethic, creativity and dedication of my students and peers.
There are no shortcuts. Work hard and take advantage of every opportunity!
Every front ensemble I work with uses 18" and 20" Classic Orchestral Selection Suspended cymbals as well as 18" Oriental China Trashes. The Classic Orchestral Selection Suspended cymbals have a beautiful, full-bodied presence even in the most extreme outdoor environment.
