"What a beautiful sound. Had my first version of this cymbal for nearly 30 years just replaced it as I developed some cracks. Love that the new one sounds as good as the last!"
"The are hands down my all-time favorite cymbals. I’ve played everything from S series, to Z Customs to K’s but A Customs are the ones I always go back to, and THESE particular A Customs are my #1. These Projection Crashes are heavier than the standard A Customs and while they have slightly less volume and up-front attack than the standard A Custom crashes, they have very full body with amazing tone and that body really cuts through the mix and you’ll get less clang but more swish. When I first got them, I was worried that they might not have enough of what I need to cut through the amps with my band, but I found out in about 20 seconds that these cymbals are deceptively powerful. Due to the more subdued attack up front, you get a very nice and clean swish with powerful tone. These cymbals are excellent for riding on during heavy beats too. These cymbals sound immaculate."
