Fall Out Boy, Sect, Tooth and Claw

I started playing drums in middle school, knowing that's the only career for me after getting Metallica's Ride the Lightning at age 5. That eventually led to many punk and hardcore bands with friends through the years, culminating in Fall Out Boy in 2002. The rest is history. Pepper in some hardcore/metal projects with friends through the years and that sums up my musical journey.

  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

    I draw inspiration from a ton of different things. Music-thrash/death/black metal (esp the big 4 of Ulrich, Lombardo, Benante and Menza), hip hop, reggae, country as well as video games and movies, but also my bandmates and touring and living life.

  • WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRUMMERS

    Do it because you love it and trust your heart. If you have that passion, the rest will come. And if it doesn't, it won't matter anyway if you do it for the love. Music keeps my heart beating, so it isn't a choice. I think that's true for a lot of people, so really grab that feeling and ride the lightning.
