Chris Hoffmann

Chris Hoffmann is a drummer and educating artist from Germany. Chris began his musical studies at the jazz college of music in Mainz and completed his master studies at Popakademie Baden-Württemberg in Mannheim.

Over the years Chris has played on various studio productions and is the live drummer for various bands and artists. They received several awards, released their music on professional platforms and appeared on radio and tv. His artist roster includes Grammy Award Winner Carlos Nunez, Pierre M. Kraus Late Night Show, ClockClock, Sven Garrecht, Loi, Mike Singer, Jesse Tellem and many more.

His artistic and educational reputation in digital learning environments gave him the opportunity to work at the highly acclaimed Popakademie Baden Württemberg.
On the internet, his educational drum videos on the learning platform and the YouTube Channel "Art of Drummung“ have more than 1 million views.

Chris uses his patreon page as a platform for his students and follower to experience interlocking learning environments of online lessons and lessons in person. It contains pre-recorded educational drum videos, performance videos, behind the scenes material and community features.

In addition to writing articles and workshops for drum magazines Chris’ first book publication as an author is the "Practice Journal for Musicians“.
