I began hitting buckets and pans at 9 years old along with the birth of MTV Brazil in 1990. Since then I've played with tons of bands and artists in Brazil and have done a lot of studio work for many TV shows, movies and commercials. My main drive to make music has always been the passion to do something that moves me. Today that passion comes from working with my band Ego Kill Talent, both in studio and on stage.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
I get a lot of inspiration from watching other musicians playing, mastering their craft. Musical challenges also keep me going, playing something I'd never think of.

Always challenge yourself, always look for your own voice, your own identity and what moves you, no matter what is takes. Remember you're unique and the artists that inspire you have their own voice. It'll definitely pay off!
FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO
I LOVE the 14" New Beat hi-hats and the 20" Ping Ride, my first Zildjians when I started playing in the 90's. I also love the 19" K Dark Crash and the 20" A Medium Thin Crash.
