The Kut

The Kut (aka Princess Maha) is a London rock multi-instrumentalist and double Award Winner in the UK Songwriting Contest. Her latest album 'GRIT' released to Official UK Number 1 Rock Album Chart status, with the project itself boasting of an all-star line up including two prolific drummers, Diana Bartmann and Violet Stow. With coverage from Sirius XM (USA), Kerrang! Radio, BBC 6 Music, Radio X, Wonderland, Classic Rock and The Guardian among a growing list, The Kut is no stranger to the road. She has toured in ten countries to date and supported legendary bands including Electric Six, Shonen Knife and The Wedding Present. Festival shows include Download Festival, Camden Rocks and even a headliner on Isle of Wight Festival's 'River Stage'. Her recent single 'Fun When You're Winning' has become somewhat a sporting anthem, with it featuring in coverage of the FIFA World Cup, EFL Highlights, England Cricket, Diamond League Athletics and on the Tour de France highlights since its release.

    I'm massively inspired by all the independent musicians out there who, just like me and the collective, are fighting the good fight, touring, recording, collaborating, supporting each other as creatives and making positive changes in the industry through their commitment to music and commitment to the fans. Hard work and determination are your best friends.
