Ariel Rosa

I am Portuguese (b. 1994) and I am both an Performance Artist and Recording Artist. I began playing the drums at the age of twelve in church and became passionate about gospel music and other genres. I have performed and/or recorded with Lura, Nelson Freitas, Anselmo Ralph, DAMA, Djodje, Boss AC, Paulo de Carvalho, HMB, Calema, TT, Plutonio, Nenny, NBC, Lisbon Film Orchestra, Virgul, Deejay Talio, Filipe Gona§alves, Moulinex, Selma Uamusse, Da Chick, Sir Scratch, Gospel Collective and many others. I currently have three personal projects on the road Naidja Sabi, Pimenta Caseira and SoulCats, each with a specific sound within afrobeats, soul and mainstream.
