I was born in 1989 in the small town of Kirovsk near the mountain range Kukisvumchorr. At the age of 11, I entered the music school in St. Petersburg in the class of orchestral percussion instruments (xylophone, vibraphone, glockenspiel, timpani), and then continued my studies at St. Petersburg Mussorgsky College of Music.

At the same time, I studied drums, playing rock and metal music. Once, inspired by the work of Meshuggah, I assembled progressive metal band RXYZYXR and released 2 LPs (in 2012 and 2018).

In 2010, I became a member of the Russian rock band DDT. Together we have played over 500 concerts all over the world and recorded 5 LPs. In my free time from drumming, I compose music on the gluckophone and handpan.
