At a very early age I was driven to drums and this soon became my life path. After graduating at the Zagreb Academy of Music and 10 years with the Croatian Radio Television Jazz Orchestra, I founded Borna o ercar's Jazziana Croatica performing my compositions inspired by classical and ethno-music heritage. Jazziana recorded 5 albums, received 3 Porin awards and continues to perform at home and abroad. I also play with Josipa Lisac, Zagreb Jazz Portrait and have cooperated with established artists like Ernie Watts, Michel Legrand, Matija Dedić. I am composing for theatres, animated films and television and paint.
