Timothy Pabifio better known by the stage name Carlos is a professional session musician/producer from Ghana born and raised in the U.K. It was pretty inevitable that Tim would find his way into music, with his Dad being a musician also as well as a pastor, there was no escaping the instruments whether it be at home or at church. From the tender age of 3, Tim had taken a liking to the drums and it was clear to see that this boy had the rhythm and the right idea. With the help of his Dad and watching the drummers at church, fast forward a year later the resident drummer at the church was late to a service and the small drummer boy took his chance and wow’d the church with his skills! From there the rest is history. As time went on, Tim began to get fluent with his drumming skills but due to noise restrictions in the area, Tim was unable to have drums in his house. However, there were other musical instruments in the house such as bass guitar and keyboard and as Tim was so dedicated, with the help of his father who also plays, he was able to learn these instruments and add to his arsenal increasing his knowledge day by day. After finishing secondary school, Tim decided that he would take his music seriously and went to study music at Leyton Sixth Form College then onto Leeds College of Music Conservatoire for University. As soon as he finished, he began to embark on his musical journey, playing for the likes of Not3s, Wizkid,VanJess in his first year post university. As Tim began to establish himself more and more as a drummer in the session world, he made sure not to leave the other instruments behind, putting in the work behind the scenes to make sure the level on all instruments were to a professional standard. From there, he now began to dip into the production world, where he was straight out the gate with his first release ‘Slow Motion’ by Amaria BB. This track now has over 100million streams!
