DONOTS
I started playing drums as a teenager, in the beginning mainly in school bands. Later on I joined the DONOTS, a band consisting of 5 friends. We grew up together in said band and have been touring worldwide for 25 years now. We run our own indie label Solitary Man Records and have always been very dedicated to the DIY spirit. As of now we have released 12 full length studio albums and played around 1200 shows in more than 20 countries.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
It‘s amazing to experience bands enjoying what they do. Like really feeling their energy and devotion, watching them break all barriers between band and audience and displaying complete unity at the end of a show knowing that they have laid it all on the line for priceless moments.

Do what you want and make sure you have as much control over everything as possible. In the end it’s you being responsible for yourselves so go for it. Enjoy yourselves doing what you like best and respect the people around you!
