I began playing drums at the rather late age of 18, having previously started on trumpet and bass guitar. Having jumped behind my first drum kit, playing in local Liverpool bands, The Australians and The Windmills, I joined legendary Liverpool band Cast in 1993. Having secured our first major record deal with Polydor and my first Ludwig drum kit, Cast went on to record our first album "All Change" which became the highest selling debut album for the label. Further commercial success continued with the albums Mother Nature Calls (1997) and Magic Hour (1999) plus 7 top ten singles. In 2010, we reformed to produce a further 3 studio albums. Now in our 25th year, Cast are still going strong.
