Klaus was born in Austria, where skiing is as natural as walking. By the age of 8, he had already started drum lessons, and by 9, he was performing publicly. His early passion for music led him to join the local classical orchestra, laying the foundation for his future in music.
During his school-years, Klaus studied under various teachers, further honing his craft. After completing his formal education, he pursued advanced studies at prestigious institutions including Drummer’s Focus in Munich and Salzburg, the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz, Drummers Collective in New York City, and the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre.
Klaus has since built a dynamic career, collaborating with a diverse range of artists in both live performances and studio recordings. With an average of 100 concerts annually, his schedule is always packed. He also dedicates significant time to his own studio work, continuously exploring new musical horizons.
