Founded in 2014 in Houston, Texas, Monarch Independent Percussion is dedicated to the education of students in the performance, design, and teaching of pageantry percussion. Monarch operates as a World Class indoor percussion ensemble competing in the WGI circuit. Incorporated as a 501(c)3 federal non-profit Monarch operates many educational clinics for percussionists of all ages throughout the year.
