Matthew Mole / Opposite The Other
In 2016 at the age of 18, Robbie joined his current band Opposite The Other. The band were quick to play support tours with The Lumineers (USA), Bastille (UK) and Calum Scott (UK) and quickly found strong traction on national radio and digital platforms worldwide. In addition, Robbie currently performs with popular South African artist Matthew Mole.

At the end of the day a huge part of this all comes down to connecting with people and not necessarily the chops, speed and crazy technique. That is something I've struggled with being naturally quite introverted but I'm super lucky to genuinely be friends with and care about all the artists I currently play with.
FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO
I've got to say my 20" K Custom Special Dry Crash is a phenomenally musical cymbal with a beautiful sensitivity despite being the trashier element in my crisp bright K and A Custom overall sound. I've also recently started to love bigger hats so the 15" K Lights are an absolute winner!
