Solid build
"It's a sturdy and solidly built practice pad, and appears to be of high quality. I've been using a 8" remo pad as my default practice pad for some time now, so this one will take some getting used to. So far I'm adjusting fairly well to the medium resistance, reflexx side of the pad. It's very quiet, ideal for late night practicing after 10 o'clock at night."

Your pad is coming apart, the foam is separating from the base and curling after two days out of the box.
"I’m still waiting for you to contact me with my warranty of what you’re going to do to replace this or refund my money. I’m not happy with it because it’s coming apart after two days out of the box or is that the reason why it had a discounted price you just wanted get rid of defective product . I sent you pictures in the previous email. By receiving this question of how I liked. It must mean you still have my email , so I am still awaiting your answer."

Very addictive pad. Forget pillow, towel on your snare drum
"This is a very good pad, wih the ideal bouncing feel for practice. My only concerns are the price and how the foam will behave overtime with intensive use. Is the reflexx surface sold as spare part ?"

Makes me want to practice more!
"Great feel and quiet. Probably twice as quiet, if not more, than a normal pad. The response on the bounce back is contagious for playing more. Highly recommend. Worth the extra money."
