Berni Díaz ( 2011) it’s a youth spanish drummer born in Murcia. Practically, he started playing drums as soon as he could hold a pair of chopsticks in his small hands.
His influences are drummers such as Travis Barker, Taylor Hawkins, Joey Jordison, Stewart Copeland, Jimmy Chamberlain, Eric Moore, Chris Coleman, etc.
His playing combines different styles such as rock, metal, funk and chops in a creative and energetic way.
When he was 3 years old he started to receive music theory and percussion lessons, and nowadays he continues his lessons with private teachers and home study of different styles, focusing on classic rock, modern rock, progressive etc, although he has a wide versatility playing also pop, jazz and fusion.
Since he was 5 years old he has performed at his school's musical events and local events, standing out for his good performance, energy and ability to move the audience. Whenever there has been a stage where he has been invited to go up he has not hesitated for a second and has given everything.
In 2023 he starts a new project with his new band Reload (Reload band), with a style that mixes rock, punk and pop.
In 2024 they won a regional talent contest, being the youngest of the band and acclaimed by the audience for his explosive drumming.
Actually they are the winners of the MusicAula contest, a national contest for high school bands and musicians.
In 2024 has participated as a guest artist at the UK Drum Show, sharing the bill with some of the most prestigious drummers on the planet.
In December 2024 he participate in the Tour Music Fest in San Marino, won in his category of best junior European drummer, standing out for his playing technique, his overwhelming personality on stage and his contagious energy.
Their goal is to become one of the world's leading drummers of their generation and of course, to enjoy drumming to the fullest.
