I was born into a musical family. My father was record producer, Barry Beckett, a founding member of the Muscle Shoals Swampers. Through him I met Eddie Bayers who took me under his wing and helped me develop into the drummer I am today. Bands include Grand Ole Opry Staff Drummer, Olivia Newton John and Nashville sessions.
