Kyle Adams is a drummer known for his dynamic mix of power, precision, and feel. Originally from Nashville and now based outside Seattle, Kyle has played across the globe and worked with top producers and charting artists across rock, alternative, and country scenes.

Most notably he has performed with Cartel, Jamie Bower (Stranger Things), Being As An Ocean, Emarosa, and many more.

  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

    I am continually inspired by the whole of the drumming community. It takes an amazing amount of passion, work ethic, and determination to become a professional musician, so when I see younger generations setting down that path towards a career in music, or peers of mine excelling at their craft it brings me great joy.

    Never give up. Consistently remind yourself what your goals are, speak what you're working toward out loud, and the universe will reveal itself to you. Continuously put yourself out there, even when it feels pointless I promise it all matters.

  • FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO

    I am a big fan of huge washy cymbals. My current setup ticks all of the boxes I could want for playing in the rock or country world. The K line, while typically known for being darker, have a bright explosion you'd expect from the A line, but with a more rounded peak that isn't as harsh - makes for a great sound that is easy to mix in a live setting and especially a studio setting where every frequency is under a microscope.
