Raul Vargas is originally from Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Currently, he teaches at Berklee College of Music, private drum lessons, gives clinics, and hosts master classes, drum camps. He writes educational articles for international music magazines. He works for the Percussive Arts Society, and is Grammy-nominated.
